Abstract

People are often intimidated by Agile.

This talk will attempt to provide a few tips and tricks for transitioning to Agile.

Breaking it down into more manageable chunks and provide some comparison charts to dispel some 'superstitions' and fears about Agile.

Bio

I am a Scrum Master, with a PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I) certification from Scrum.org. I've been a C developer for about 10 years, mostly working in financial industry in manufacturing companies as a firmware developer.

I was involved in a transitioning to Scrum from traditional methodologies, and during the year long process, was able to have a close up experience of the issues faced.
